HOMES HAVE BECOME AFFORDALE AGAIN IN RENO
The downturn in the market has created a great buying opportunity for those looking to re-invest their money in real estate. With interest rates at an all-time low and many properties in inventory, it's the perfect time to buy. Our economic forecast for 2010 is beginning to grow again with many businesses moving into the area and building continuing. Approximately 50 percent of the homes on the market are short sales and another 10 percent are bank owned. As more agents perfect negotiating short sales for their clients we will begin to turn the market around. In the meantime the lower priced properties are going under contract quickly and now the upper end of the makret is beginning to level out.
